Have you watched Jay Leno lately? Chances are you have seen Nickelback promoting their new album Dark Horse. They are ready to kickoff the 2009 Tour.

In 2005 Nickelback released All The Right Reasons. Now Dark Horse is poised to set new records. Nickelback already has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. And their tours have grossed in excess of $100 million. We call that success.

Nickelback may seem like an overnight success story in the world of rock, but this Canadian quartet earned their fame through years of hard work. They started to gain more widespread recognition when they released two albums in 1996. Nickelback started touring furiously to promote the albums, doing shows in the US and Canada.

'Breathe' and 'Leader of Men' were on Nickelbacks third album and were spread quickly by fans word of mouth. Radio time in Canada and the US grew fast with the release of The State in 2000

Nickelback re-launched their official fan club online presence on November 13th, 2008 where members can gain exclusive access to limited-edition merchandise and, audio and video. The site offers members exclusives, including special contests for merchandise. There's also a new social platform enabling members to network and chat with other members via a live chat room and many other interactive features. - 16492
