By Sam Smith

You've started mapping out what you want to place on your wall murals, and you're still a little stuck on what to put on them. You have hundreds of pictures, but they don't seem exactly right, and you're not sure what else to put on there. Read for a couple of ideas.

The best way to go around your wall mural choices is by systematically deciding on a few things; budget, rooms you are going to paint, and what you want to express. Budget is quite simple. If you are going to have a muralist design a custom mural for you, you need to figure out how many rooms you can paint. Rooms are imprtant because knowing which rooms you are going to paint allows you to decide the last thing - style.

Choosing the style is the most important part of your mural design project. Choosing a style is a very personal endeavor, and is an expression of who you are, and what you want to express to other people. You will be waking up to those pictures, your' children will see it every day, and all of your guests will see it as well. If you need some help, here are a couple of ideas.

1) Ethical Themes: Ethics Themes are great to paint on your wall. When you take the time to design a custom mural based on a theme that you believe in strongly, it strongly impacts yourself, and the people around you. The best way to imprint an ethical theme is to take a fabled story that expresses that theme, and put it in a related room. For example, taking a food related bible story about sharing, and place it in your kitchen.

2) Cultural Message - Every culture, either the one you've grown up with, or the one that attracts you has messages that are very special to them. Cultural messages are especially powerful when they are placed prominently in your house, and will give you and your family a much bigger attachment to the culture.

3) Countries - If you are a perrenial explorer, and have different trips that you've went on to other countries, a great way to have those beautiful moments remembered is by posting some of the most special parts on your wall. You can have the muralist start with a photo you've taken, or simply use other famous photographs.

4) Hobbies - If you have a specific hobby that you love, there is no better way to enjoy it than placing parts of your hobby on the wall as a background to however you decorate the rest of your house.

5) Beauty themes - Some of the most beautiful scenery comes from the outdoors, be it a picture in the wilds of Africa, the rainforests of South America, or just the ocean. If you find that these scenes mean alot to you, those are great ideas to put on your wall murals. - 16492
